By the integrated of foil and screen printing skill, it present the gradient and line segment to enhance the artistic quality. It can be used on variable products to show more fashionable and unique of visual aesthetics.

By the integrated of foil and screen printing skill, it present the gradient and line segment to enhance the artistic quality. It can be used on variable products to show more fashionable and unique of visual aesthetics.
Process:
1. clean the frame after the last clear coating and prepare water.
2. remove the release paper which protect the decal, then put it in the water for 15~30second.
3. until it separate from the bottom paper, put it on frame.
4. when it be applied on the right location, remove the water and bubbles completely with squeegee.
5. after it be applied on frame, wipe the frame clean.
6. pre-baked at 80°C~90°C for 15~30min, peel off the surface film when the frame has cooled down.
7. check if the surface film’s shape is on the frame or not. If yes, it needed to wipe by warn water.
8. the second time baked at 90°C~120°C for 15~30min(depends on the clear coating system)
